Another week finished.

It seems hard to believe, but my 7th week here in New Zealand has come to a close. The time is absolutely flying by. It seems like I just arrived here! On the other hand, it also seems like I have been living here forever.
After an intense Easter Break trip, I kept my adventures to a minimum this weekend. I went out to a few markets on Saturday with some friends, and I got groceries on Sunday. Pretty mundane, huh? It felt so good to relax though.
Since I have nothing exciting to report, and since I just did yoga and I'm feeling amazing, here's a list of some things I'm thankful for:

  - Having this incredible opportunity!
  - Public transportation. I wouldn't get to do nearly as much in
    this country without it.
  - Nutrition facts here are in kilojoules, not calories. I don't
get to worry about how bad for me all these new yummy foods
    are.
  - All the people I've met along the way. Those in hostels, on
buses, and on my adventures all have extraordinary stories.
  - Not having to worry about money. I'm so fortunate to have
    some saved up.
  - My supportive family who brought me half way across the
globe. Also, my supportive family who is rooting for me from
    half way across the globe!
  - Nature!! New Zealand is amazing. I'm so lucky to be able to
see these National Geographic-esque scenes in real life.
  - The walk up to campus – I may complain, but I like it. My
body likes moving, even if it's only walking.
  - Free food.
  - Not getting motion sickness. It would make my travels much
    more difficult.
  - My health and happiness. Where would I be without them?
